So here’s the thing:
ONe moment your just sitting, there’s absolutely nothing wrong…the next you’re just filled with rage, you just want to brake something and then the next you’re so sad you can’t stop crying
Why does this happen? How can one person be able to make angry, sad, dissapionted and calm again all in a matter of 30minutes?

I understand mood swings are normal with being young, and chances are there is nothing wrong with you. This is harder than it sounds, but you should try to just weather it. I found that listening to music helps, specifically with headphones, as you can turn up the volume up to the level you want and not worry about the people around you bothering you about the music being too loud. Just don’t damage your ears too much

I find that swimming helps as well, you just need the time and the right weather to do it
